Some Food delivery questions while ordering online

Now, there are some common questions which arise when customer is booking their food online especially in India.
Ø  Will I get my delivery on time?
Ø  Will the ordered food items be in place?
Ø  Will my specific instructions mentioned while ordering be taken into consideration? And so on and so forth.
The common answer to all the above questions and many more is YES!
When developing a system, we focus on these and many more possible issues in customer’s mind before even deploying. Customers need not have to worry about their deliveries as the back end of the system is automated. For all deliveries once booked, a bill/invoice is sent to the customer & the restaurant owner immediately. This not only makes both the parties aware of the booking, but also guarantees all the commitments which the customer has asked for.
Like for eg: when we conceptualize for a restaurant chain, we have some questions which needs understanding first before proceeding.
Q. 1 type of market area your customers belong?
Q.2 what is the main food item sold with an average on any/all outlets? Etc…
These questions not only assess our understanding towards their business model, but assist us while conceptualizing the deployment in a better way. We ideate & generate a process which will be acceptable by the customers & their needs. Hence making the deployment successful and beneficial for the restaurant owner.
Tip is: the business model should be flexible enough to integrate with the restaurant owner’s current structure. The more flexibility will give more insights hence developing a unique system of its kind and maintaining clientele relationship.
Until Next time…
