In house SEO Training Workshop for Companies

Ask a question to your self and be sure to answer it honestly. What would you do if you were searching for something? It can be anything starting from the best brands of Pens to the most cost effective technology to run your business.

You can be an employee, a businessman, or a common man searching for your needs. Now, what is the best place for you to search for your needs is the question that does not require any entrance. If you know how to use Internet and search engines, you probably know the place you will search your needs.

I recently read some of the articles of people using Internet in India & their understanding towards this space. My findings were certainly not exciting enough till the time I found an excellent case study of a company who emerged from a few people startup to a company who stand tall amongst the others.

In India, approximately there are 47 million Internet Users which form 39 million in urban & 8 million in rural areas. With 15% growth of internet users from 33% accounting in 2008-2009, are we looking at a slow but sure growth of consumption.

Let’s look at the second part of the concept…

The amount of spend by each company, per product for marketing & branding offline can be used as an annual budget for Online Marketing. Off course, the amount of effort & other credentials to be decided earlier. This means, that companies are constantly ignoring the Internet space since the knowledge & awareness of optimization is missing. For companies with small startup & who wants to make it big with small funding, consider this option to work best for them.

We have come across many times a situation where your offerings should be the first one preferred by your prospects. But what it takes to achieve them is equally important specially if you are dealing on the internet space.
Consider this equation

Knowledge + Connectivity = Effective branding

Here, knowledge of internet & connectivity are the major concerns. If we are able to overcome either one of them, more than half the efforts are successful. However, which one needs to be tackled first is the question.

As I mentioned earlier, I came across a company on the same grounds that grew over the period of time from few employee startup to a well known brand. Obliviously VC companies are not to be forgotten here, but the efforts & the knowledge of the location (of the company) is also accounting this consideration.

I am not totally amused with this fact that we have some of the best VC guys around. I am worried to share this knowledge across & get the ball rolling. However, my findings doses not excite me to take this step forward although SEO is considered as a strong tool by the marketers across the globe as per the stats below:

With 55% of consideration given to Search engine optimization & 8% being the frog in the well types, finally we are looking at some respect for SEO. However I fear the numbers be interchanged if compared to INDIA.

Well, lets come to the point of my explanation here. I am not trying to excite any VC, nor am I interested in the company’s future prospects that grew, I want to spread the knowledge of SEO, SEM & Internet marketing effectively.

An In house SEO/SEM training workshop concentrating on your company as a case study. What more can you ask for than having a strategy for your brand studied in detail as a Case Study? Not only you get the plan in place, but the training also explains the reason why you should go online as well.

Concentrating your marketing efforts offline & injustice in online marketing can be wiped only if we all know what we are looking at. This initiative is planned to do just that & at the same time create awareness. Ok, we cannot solve the connectivity problem here, but yes with people understanding about SEO & SEM in details, government can then look at this in-depth & come out with a win – win solution.

Until Next time..
